Site status
Control whether your public website is visible to guests.
Notifications & contact

Website theme
Pick a colour theme for your website. Same layout, different palette.
Cover photos
Wide photos across the top of your homepage. Add a few and they rotate automatically. Leave empty for a clean patterned background.
Photo gallery
A dedicated gallery section on your website — courtyard, rooftop, hammam, details. Add as many as you like; guests can open them full-size. Leave empty to hide the gallery.
Logo
Shown next to your riad's name in the site header. Leave empty and we show a monogram of your name. A square image (PNG with transparency) works best.
Riad photo
The main photo shown on your website's story section.
Put the exact times here so the concierge stops saying "I'll check with the owner".
Highlights
Tick the amenities to show as icons on your website. Untick anything you don't offer — nothing shows if you leave them all off.
Map location
Shows your riad on the map in the Location section. On Google Maps, right-click your riad → click the coordinates to copy them, then paste latitude and longitude here.
Rooms
Add one entry per room. Leave a price blank to show "enquire for rates".
Delete riad
Permanently delete this riad — its website, rooms, bookings, and your account. This cannot be undone.
Occupancy
Who's in which room. Confirmed stays are solid, pending requests amber, manual blocks hatched. Click a booking to open its details. Only bookings entered here are counted — add a block for anything off-platform.

Contract
Download the template (pre-filled with your rooms), set your seasons and prices in Excel, then upload it back. The concierge does the exact per-night maths for any dates automatically.
WhatsApp (Meta)
From Meta → WhatsApp → API Setup. This is the ID, not the phone number itself.
AI (Claude)
Powers the concierge's answers.
